The INDEPENDENCE Photo Lab does more than
take photographs for ID cards. The lab responds
to a variety of assignments, whether it's a
re-enlistment picture for Public Affairs, or a
report of an accident or an investigation.

The Photomates of the lab have been on the
scene all over the ship this year and have
provided a great number of photos for the
cruise book and processed nearly all of them.
With capabilities to process all types of
pictures both color and black and white, and slides.

The photo lab, by its own estimation, will have
produced enough prints to completely paper
the hull of the ship during the cruise!

Wow, that's a lot of time in the darkroom.
